Rugby School Japan, embodying the ethos 'The Whole Person, The Whole Point,' stands as a beacon of co-educational excellence in Japan.
CEA Group partnered with Rugby School, a prestigious institution with 450+ years of history, to establish Rugby School Japan (RSJ) in Kashiwa City, Chiba, in September 2023. RSJ, a co-educational boarding school for 11 to 18-year-olds, accommodates 780 pupils on a 50,000 sqm site within Chiba University's grounds.
With Mitsui Fudosan's support, RSJ offers a swift 30-minute train ride from the city centre, academic collaborations with nearby institutions, and access to sports facilities in Kashiwanoha Park.
In the 2023 edition of The Schools Index, RSJ was chosen among the world's top 25 schools, embodying Rugby School's holistic "Whole Person, Whole Point" education philosophy in Japan.

11~18歳を対象とする同校は男女共学、定員780名、敷地面積約5万平米の英国式ボーディングスクールで、三井不動産の全面的な協力を得て、国立千葉大学の敷地内に設立されています。都心からの電車でわずか30分のアクセス、隣接する東京大学やその他の先端科学研究施設との学術連携、広大な柏の葉公園内のスポーツ施設の利用が可能で、Rugby Schoolの全人教育を日本で実現するための環境が整っています。
RSJは、2023年版 The Schools Indexに世界の最も注目すべき25校に選出されました。
